01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jili7 platform, accessible via jili7.im and all associated subdomains. By registering an account, making any deposit, using games, or accessing any service offered by jili7, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the jili7 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and jili7 .

02User Eligibility

To register and use the jili7 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from online gambling by any relevant authority.
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme on any recognised gambling platform.

Jili7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jili7 platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without a refund.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Using a valid, active email address that belongs solely to you.
• Set a strong password and keep it confidential at all times.
• Providing an active Malaysian mobile number for two-factor authentication purposes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may cause delays in the withdrawal process and further action against your account.

04Deposits & Payments

Jili7 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activities on jili7.
• Jili7 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.

05Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your jili7 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances approved by the jili7 support team.

06Wagering Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Jili7 reserves the right to void any bets in the event of technical errors, incorrectly published odds, or any extraordinary circumstances affecting match outcomes.
• Results declared by official sports bodies will be used as the basis for bet settlement.
• For live in-play Sports Betting, data transmission delays do not constitute grounds for appealing a bet outcome.

Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Jili7 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All promotional offers are subject to the wagering requirements and time limits stated in their respective promotion terms.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never registered an account on jili7 before.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Jili7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraud and will result in all related accounts being closed.
• Bonuses obtained through unfair means or fraud will be voided and any winnings generated from them will not be processed.

08Prohibited Conduct

Jili7 users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities, which are considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using any software, scripts, bots, or automated methods to access or operate the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the jili7 platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely toward other players or jili7 support staff.
• Systematically engaging in odds arbitrage (matched betting) to exploit promotions.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.

09Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. jili7 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public device.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to our support team immediately.

Jili7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials. However, our support team is ready to seriously and promptly investigate any reported cases.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jili7 platform – including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, icons, software code, and databases – is the exclusive property of jili7 or its legitimate licensors.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without written permission from jili7.
• Using jili7 brand names, logos, or trademarks for commercial or personal purposes without approval.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform's software.

Any infringement of jili7 intellectual property rights may result in appropriate legal action.

11Account Suspension & Closure

Jili7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Activity suspected of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Voluntary account closure requests by users through official support channels.

When an account is closed due to a violation, all balances in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. For legitimate voluntary account closures, any remaining balance will be returned to the user after a standard review is completed.

12Limitation of Liability

Jili7 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jili7 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jili7's control.
• Losses resulting from the use of inaccurate information provided by the user.
• Third-party actions affecting a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

Jili7's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total funds deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.

13Terms Amendment

Jili7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior user consent. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on jili7.im.

Users will be notified of material changes through:

• In-account notifications when logged in.
• Update the "Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account through our official support channels.
